Research and field work hire: Do carry senstive materials and need secure sealed cooler or frozen sample containers, that is actually what we do, our science students in wildlife conservation, physics, chemistry, biology, microbiology can accompany local and non-local researchers.

Tell us how many vehicles you need, give us some specifications like site coordinates: We will plan the track, where to wild camp for game count, spending nights with local communities, or "I prefer a fancy lodge with queen beds" — That is exactly what we are good at, we are just poor at covering the costs, so we will send you a reasonable quotation and invoice.

Buses (Mercedes Benz/Scania Predator 38-40-Seater) Wet-Rented from our local partner operator

This fleet of touring buses offers a comfortable and reliable option for medium to large groups, each available exclusively with a dedicated professional driver. These air-conditioned coaches provide 38–40 reclining passenger seats, generous luggage capacity, and panoramic windows for photography. Equipped with PA systems and onboard cooler boxes, they ensure smooth, enjoyable travel across Namibia for corporate trips, school groups, and multi-day tours.

Since we prioritise comfort especially for clients with reduced mobility, clients may not exceed 36 per bus, else they will be split between two vehicles (i.e. an additional 14, 18, 22, 30 or 36 seater. Groups traveling from EU or through EU are accompanied for one way to Namibia by our Travel and Nature specialist for free during low seasons and with additional cost in busy season. We also make travel to any EU country to make presentations to the group before travel when it is needed.

Overland Trucks (Hino 300 – 14-Seater, Hino 500 – 22 Seater) Wet-Rented from our local partner operator, no extra costs

Our overland trucks are purpose-built for group adventures, guided tours, and rugged travel. Each vehicle features air-conditioning, reclining seats, ample luggage space, PA systems, and cooler storage. The Hino 300 (14-seater) is ideal for small guided groups requiring enhanced comfort, while the larger Hino 500 units (22- and 30-seaters) provide spacious cabins, guide seating, photography-friendly windows, and dependable 2x4 or 4x4 capability—perfect for overland expeditions across diverse terrain. Groups travelling from EU or through EU are accompanied by our Travel and Nature specialist for free during low season and at an additional cost in busy season.

Safe and comfortable rides to and from Namibia’s airports, between cities and multiple tourist attraction areas and lodges. It has 14 seats that can be reduced to 8 to accommodate luggage space in the back.
It can be hired for private, self drive, or with a private driver, or for private guided family and colleague groups tours. Our guides often accompany groups and people with special needs when flying from Europe.

Mercedes Benz Sprinter

This vehicle is not available on exclusive basis. It always comes with its dedicated driver. Seating capacity of up to 10 clients without a trailer and 16 passengers with a trailer. Trailers available to rent additional. 
It offers the following facilities: Airconditioned, Small cooler box, PA system (guide must have his/her own microphone to communicate with clients), Not 4x4. A similar vehicle with 100% similar features may be acquired from our partner, but fully managed by us throughout the trip.
